Hijrah that begins within and ripples out

FAI is a faith-rooted ecosystem for Muslim women who know that real change does not begin on the outside.
It begins within, and carries responsibility beyond the self.

Choose Your Journey

Why FAI?

FAI exists to support Muslim women through different seasons of becoming — where faith informs action, and action creates impact.

FAI is where reflection becomes responsibility, and responsibility becomes service.

Our Values

These values are not aspirational. They guide how we build, teach, gather, and serve.

Faith First

Faith is the soul of FAI. We’re rooted in Islamic principles, never diluted by trends or culture, and that’s something we nurture in the Muslims we work with too. Our approach is a lived and embodied worldview of Islam.

Co-Creation

With, not for. We don’t believe in top-down systems, because the strength of what we do comes from the collective: shared stories, mutual growth, and the belief that every single voice carries seeds for growth.

Ihsan

If faith is our soul, then ihsan is our expression. We do things well not for praise or recognition, but simply because our Creator asks for nothing less than the best of what we have to give. We hold ourselves to that.

Integrity

Our values aren’t here for show. They truly guide how we act and grow as an institute, and that’s through honesty, accountability, and a deep sense of responsibility to those we serve and the One we serve for.

Who This Space Is For?

FAI is for women who:

  • Take their faith seriously
  • Are willing to do inner work before seeking outer change
  • Believe responsibility matters more than visibility

This space is not for:

  • Celebrity-led Islam
  • Trend-following spirituality
  • Passive consumption without accountability

If you’re here, something in you is already moving.

Choose the Journey You Are In

Not every woman begins in the same place.
FAI meets you where you are and walks with you forward.

Makkah — Awakening

For the woman who is ready to face herself.

This stage is not easy work.
It is honest, often messy, and deeply necessary.

You will learn that:

  • Readiness does not mean confidence
  • Doing things scared is still obedience
  • Facing yourself is an act of faith

Begin in Makkah

Hijrah — Transition

For the woman who knows there is a direction. You come with an inkling, and a willingness to commit: your time, your effort, your focus and sometimes your resources.

You believe:

  • Your story matters
  • You are not here to follow personalities or trends
  • Growth is meant to be walked with a like-hearted circle

In Hijrah, you remember why this work matters and why you matter.

Walk the Hijrah

Madinah — Building

For the woman who is already committed and will not turn back.

You understand that:

  • Some doors open, others close
  • Failure refines, not defines
  • Sacrifice, when intentional, is worship

Here, consistency becomes service.
The work becomes `ibadah.

How We Walk With You

FAI supports women through:

  • Guided workshops and programs
  • Intentional community spaces
  • Faith-rooted frameworks for inner and outer work
  • Tangible resources through FAI House

Each offering exists for a specific season.
Nothing here is designed to rush you.

Walk With a Like-Hearted Circle

Some journeys require companionship not noise.

The FAI Community on Skool is a private space for women who want to:

Walk their Hijrah with accountability and sincerity

Reflect deeply without comparison or performance

Learn, share, and grow alongside like-hearted women

This is not a social feed.
It is a grounded space for intentional growth.

Hijrah for muslims that begins within and ripples out

You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You only need to be honest about where you are.
