Processing Time
Orders are packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days (Sunday–Thursday).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Time
Shipping timelines vary depending on location and courier. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may differ based on your region.

Team Availability
Our team operates during designated working hours. We do not ship or process orders during weekends or public holidays. This allows us to serve you with presence, thoughtfulness, and the care your order deserves.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. If there’s an error, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed or shipped.

Once dispatched, delivery is in the hands of our shipping partners. Any delays caused by customs, local courier services, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control. However, we’ll always do our best to support you in resolving issues if they arise.
